Healthy Performance have been shortlisted as finalists at the Cherwell Business Awards for the

Small Business Award Category (sponsored by The Oxfordshire Local Enterprise Partnership) and,

Customer Service Award Category (sponsored by Bicester Village)

Healthy Performance made the final of the Small Business Award Category from a strong list of businesses across North Oxfordshire.  We were able to demonstrate very strong business growth, a written business plan with strategy and vision for the next 3-5 years, management with the ability to drive the business forward, understanding of our market and arrangements to respond to change and, investment plans for the future.

Healthy Performance have also been shortlisted for the Customer Service Award based on a culture of service excellence.  We provided clear evidence of effective customer service provision which includes monitoring and our complaints system.  We also demonstrated how effective customer care has benefited our organisation, our staff and most importantly, our clients.

The gala dinner celebrating the winners and finalists will take place tomorrow night on 15th May 2015 in a lavish marquee within the grounds of Sibford School, Oxfordshire.  As one of the most prestigious business awards in the region, we are delighted to have made the final in two categories – this is a fantastic accreditation that recognises the rise, vision and high quality standards of Healthy Performance.
